1.- El Programa Brasileño de Cultura Viva(Programa de Cultura Viva) es un innovativo e inspiracional medida introducida por el gobierno para proveer a todos los ciudadanos con igualidad de acceso a la producción cultural y desiminación. En esta tarea, su equipo es principalmente de variadas iniciativas de la sociedad civil.

El Programa admite en términos de conocimiento verdadero de las culturas locales y el soporte  para el desarrollo y producción de contenido cultural y arte contemporáneo, mientras que además optimiza el acceso al arte y a la educación artística. Haciendo esto, consolida la política cultural a nivel local y a nivel nacional y otorga soporte para las bases de iniciativas culturales. Esta iniciativa también satisface exitosamente los vínculos entre cultura y desarrollo promocionando el desarrollo.social a través de la diversidad cultura.

(..)Brazil’s Programa Cultura Viva (Living Culture Programme) is an innovative and inspirational measure introduced by the government to provide all citizens with equal access to cultural production and dissemination. In this task, its partners are mainly varied civil society initiatives. 

The Programme acknowledges local cultures and supports the development and production of cultural content and contemporary arts, while also improving access to arts and arts education. By doing so, it consolidates cultural policies at the local and national levels and supports grassroots cultural initiatives. This initiative also success fully links culture and development by promoting social development through cultural diversity(..)

2.- El Punto de Cultura Canónica.

La Cultura Puntualizada en Iniciativas es el corazón del Programa de Cultura Viva y es un modelo inspiracional con gran potencial para replicación.

Aspectos de la Cultura variadamente son desarrollados por ONGs, escuelas, estaciones de radio comunitaria, museos y comukidsdes seleccionadas(tales como grupos de bajos-ingresos, jóvenes-en-riesgo, comunidades tradicionales incluyendo personas indígenas y las quilombolas, comunidades Afro-Brasileñas descendientes de esclavos Africanos llegadas a Brasil hasta finales del Siglo-IX). Esta Institucionalidad tematiza existencia de organizaciones que prevismente habían desarrollado actividades culturales independientes del soporte gubernamental.

The Culture Points initiative is at the heart of the Living Culture Programme and is an inspirational model with great potential for replication. 

Culture Points are variously hosted by NGOs, schools, community radio stations, museums and targeted communities (such as low-income groups, youth-at-risk, traditional communities including indigenous people and the quilombolas, Afro-Brazilian communities descending from African slaves brought to Brazil until the end of the 19th century). These host institutions are existing organisations that have previously developed cultural activities independent of government support(..)

3.- La Cultura Viva es un atractivo e inspira a los gobiernos, concilios de arte y organizaciones culturales a través de Europa y América Latina. Oficina del Arte, un proyecto formulado por el gobierno italiano, siguió el modelo Brasileño. Otro proyecto inspirado en la Cultura Viva es el Proyecto "Puntos de Contacto" organizado por el Departamento de Inglaterra, para la Cultura, Lógica Mediática y Deporte, la Universidad Reina María de Londres, el Concilio de Arte de Inglaterra y el Concilio Británico. Los "Puntos de Contacto"fomentan el desafío cultural entre el Programa de Cultura Viva en Brasil y los proyectos sociales en Inglaterra a través del aprendizaje recíproco por intermedio de visitas a organizaciones de arte, políticos creadores y fundadores. 

(..)Living Culture is attracting and inspiring governments, arts councils and cultural organisations across Europe and Latin America. Officine dell’Arte, a project by the Italian government, follows the Brazilian model. Another project inspired by Living Culture is Points of Contact, 

organised by the UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport; Queen Mary University of London; Arts Council England; and the British Council. Points of Contact fosters cultural exchange between the Living Culture Programme in Brazil and social projects in the UK through reciprocal learning visits between arts organisations, policy makers and funders(..)
